In this article, you’ll learn how to set up and customize the Contact Page of the News 25 Pro theme,  This guide will help you configure these settings to align with your site’s branding and functionality needs.

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Section Title & Title 2 in the Contact Info Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Here you can manage the Section title & description.
  4. Click Publish when you’re done.

Note : Ensure the checkbox labeled Hide/Show Section is checked if you want to Display the Section.

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Contact Info Content in Contact Info Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Open the contactInfo toggle to manage the Contact Info Content such as Title , Button Text , Text and Icon.
  4. Click Publish when you’re done.

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Contact Map Content in Contact Map Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Map toggle.
  4. Open the toggle to manage the Contact Map Content such as Title , Subtitle , Link and Image.
  5. Click Publish when you’re done.

Note : Ensure the checkbox labeled Hide/Show Section is checked if you want to Display the Section.

To manage the Section Title and Title 2 in Contact Map Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Title and Title 2 to enter the Title and Title 2.
  4. Click Publish when you’re done.

Note : Ensure the checkbox labeled Hide/Show Section is checked if you want to Display the Section.

To manage the Contact Map Content in Contact Map Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.

  3. Scroll down until you see the Office Info toggle.
  4. Open the toggle to manage the Contact Map Info Content such as Title , Subtitle , Text , Image and Image 2.
  5. Click Publish when you’re done.

To manage the Contact Form Content in Contact Map Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the CONTACT FORM Section.
  4. Open the Contact Form toggle to manage the Contact Form content such as Title , Text and Icon
  5. Click Publish when you’re done.

Before understanding how to manage the Contact Form Section, let’s first learn how to create and generate the shortcode for the Contact Form.

Creating Contact Form and Generating Shortcode

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To create a contact form and generate a shortcode, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Contact > Add New.
  2. On the Add New Contact Form page, you can add the title of the form, manage the form labels, etc.
  3. Click Save when you’re done.
  4. After saving the new form, a shortcode will be generated. Copy it, as it will be required in the Customizer when managing the contact form section.

Note: The shortcode for a new form will only be generated once you have saved the new form, so make sure to save the form first.

Reminder: You can’t create a form and generate a shortcode without installing and activating the Contact Form 7 plugin, so make sure to install and activate this plugin.

Managing Contact Form Section

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Contact Form section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the CONTACT FORM SECTION. From here, you can manage the form title and add the shortcode that you generated in the Contact Form section.
  4. You can also manage the Background Image of the Contact Form from the Background Image option.
  5. Once the shortcode is added, the contact form will appear on your site.
  6. Click Publish when you’re done.

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Contact Social in Social Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Social toggle.
  4. Open the toggle to manage the Social Icons.
  5. Click Publish when you’re done.

Before proceeding, ensure you’re logged into your WordPress Dashboard.

To manage the Contact Box Content in Contact Map Section, follow these steps:

  1. From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  2. On the Customizer page, go to Page Templates > Contact Page.
  3. Scroll down until you see the CONTACT BOX Section.
  4. From here you can manage the Contact Box content such as First Title , First Icon , First Description, Second Icon , Second Description and Button Title.
  5. Click Publish when you’re done.
