1.How to Add Contact Section Title & Description?
In WordPress dashboard go to Appearance sub-menu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize you will in theme Customize.
Here you have to click on Homepage Section than Contact Section
In Header you will change Title & Description.
Go to Customize -> Homepage Section -> Contact Section -> Header ->Title & Description
2. How to Add Contact Section Content?

In Content you will paste here Contact form Shortcode.
Go to Customize -> Homepage Section -> Contact Section -> Content -> Paste Short code here
3. How to Hide/Show Contact Section?
In WordPress dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize you will in theme Customize.
Here you have to click on Homepage Section than Contact Section
In Setting you can also hide and show the Contact Section by clicking hide/show button.
Go to Customize -> Homepage Section -> Contact Section -> Setting -> Hide/Show
