In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear.
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Footer -> Footer Above
Now here you can manage Footer Above contents in Footer Section
NOTE : First you need to enable the Hide/Show Checkbox to display the Footer Above Content
Then click on Publish.
