1.How do I manage Background Image?
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Background Image Section then click Select Image
Here you will add Background Image
Go to Customize -> Background Image -> Select Image
