In WordPress Dashboard go to the Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customizing you will be in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on the Home Page Section. than Sponsor Section
In Content Here you Manage Content.
Go to Customize ->HomePage Section-> Sponsor Section
