In WordPress Dashboard go to the Pagessubmenu and click on Add New.
After clicking on Add New you will be in Editor.
Here you have to create a Room Page
and Now Published it.
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Page Template than Room Page
In Header Here you can manage Title, Subtitle & Description.
Go to Customize -> Page Template ->Room Page ->Header
