You can create a custom section as per your need you can adjust it by your requirement.
Let’s scroll down to create a custom section.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > click on sections reorder
In section reorder, scroll down and you can see the Custom section click on eye and it will be enabled.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Frontpages Section > click on custom Section
In the custom section, you can see the Header from there you can create a title and description.
In the custom section, you can see the content block you can edit the content according to you.
