Yes, you can customize your general setting from the WordPress dashboard, and it’s easy to customize.
Let’s scroll down to set up a general setting.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > click on General > click on Preloader
In preloader, you can see Hide/ Show the preloader as per your choice.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > click on General > click on Background Elements
In Background Elements, you can see Hide/ Show the Elements as per your choice.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > click on General > click on container
In a container, you can see container width from there you can set container width as per your choice.
In a container, you can see Top-bottom padding from there you can set a padding of the top and bottom as per your choice.

In the sidebar, you can see the default page layout from there you can select the layout of the default page.

In the top scroller, you can see Hide/ Show the scroller as per your choice.

On page breadcrumb, you can see the settings block from there you can Hide/ show section. Check it if you want to show the breadcrumb section.
On page breadcrumb, you can see settings block from there you can enable page title on breadcrumb. Check it if you want to show the breadcrumb page title.
On page breadcrumb, you can see settings block from there you can enable page path on breadcrumb. Check it if you want to show the page path on breadcrumb.
