WordPress Dashboard >Pages > click on add new
First, you have to create a Project page from WordPress dashboard > Pages > click on add new and create a Project page and select Project page template from the right side of your page you have to see three types of project page template select only one.
if you create separate column project page then you will be create different page & select column type.
WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize >Page template > click on project page
On the project page, you can see the settings section you can hide/show filter tab.
On the project page you can see the header section from there you can add the title and description.

On the project page you can see the content section from there you can set the No of project display.
