In WordPress dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customizing you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Page Breadcrumb than
In Setting, you can hide and show the Page Breadcrumb by clicking on hide/show button.
Go to Customize -> Page Breadcrumb -> Settings -> Hide/Show

Here you have to click on Page Breadcrumb than Background
Here you will change Page Breadcrumb Background Image
Go to Customize -> Page Breadcrumb -> Background
You have to use Breadcrumb Image Size 1920Px X 340Px
