In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize you will in theme Customizer.

After clicking on customize you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Frontpage Sections than Store Hour Section
In Background Here you will change Posittion.
Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Store Hour -> Background
You have to use Store Hour Background Image Size 1920Px X 710Px
