+-How do I Manage Title, Subtitle and Hide/show setting?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Go to Customize -> Page Template -> Contact Page -> Award section

In the Header Here you can Change Title & Subtitle.

+-How to add image for awards sections?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Go to Customize -> Page Template -> Contact Page -> Award section

In awards section you can add awards image as you can see in given below image.

After then click to publish.
