Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Go to Customize -> Page Template -> Contact Page -> Contact Form section
In the Header Here you can Change Title & Description.
Also you can add shortcode for form in given textarea.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Go to Customize -> Page Template -> Contact Page -> Contact Form section
In Contact form section you can add right side image as you can see in given below image.
After then click to publish.
