Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Click on Sections Reorder
In section reorder, scroll down and you can see the Custom section click on eye and it will be enabled.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Custom Section
In the custom section, you can see the Header from there you can create a title and description.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Custom Section
In the custom section, you can see the Content Edit button click on it.
Now you can see as in given below image You can Change and Add content in edit area also you can add images.
After edit content click on save button.
Click to publish.
