How to Manage Footer Section?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Click on Footer => Footer Above

You can see there is option of above header click it.

+-How to change footer background color?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Click on Footer => Background Footer

You can change the background color for footer from customizer.

after then click to publish.

 

+-How to manage Footer Below Copyright?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Click on Footer => Below Footer

Here you can manage footer below copyright.
