In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Additional CSS
Now after reaching here you can add your own Additional CSS
NOTE : Additional CSS is generally used whenever a User needs to make some extra Style related Modification in the Theme.
Then click on Publish.
