In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Header -> Header Type
After reaching here select Header Type 3 to get Profolio Header.
Then click on Publish.

After reaching here firstly set Color Type as Solid Color and after that Select color code for Primary color as #d61523 and as for the Secondary Color as #242526.
Then click on Publish.
