In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Info Section
Now after reaching here Click on the Info toggle to open it and there you can see the options to Add Title , Description and Icon in Info Section.
Then click on Publish.
