In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Service Section
Now after reaching here you can Add Section Title & Description in Service Section.
Then click on Publish.

Now scroll down a bit till Service then open the toggle and here you can Manage the Service Box Content.
Note: To clear up any potential confusion, it’s important to note that only the Service Title and Service Image will appear without hovering on the Service Boxes. The other contents, such as Icon/Image settings, Service Description, and Selecting Icon, will appear after hovering on the Service Boxes. This is why we’ve used two different Service Boxes in the screenshots below to explain how to add various contents to the Service Boxes.
Then click on Publish.
