1. How do I Manage Hide/Show Footer Top
In WordPress Dashboard go to the Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customizing you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Footer Section than Footer Top
In the Setting tab, you can hide and show the Footer Top by clicking on the hide/show button.
Go to Customize -> Footer Section -> Footer Top -> Settings -> Hide/Show Section
2. How do I Manage Footer Top Content
In WordPress Dashboard go to the Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customizing you will in theme Customizer.
Here you have to click on Footer Section than Footer Top
In the Content tab, you will see a list of icons to add these icons you have to select an icon from the dropdown list & here you can also add icon links.
Go to Customize -> Footer Section -> Footer Top -> Content
