In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance Customize and click on Frontpage Sections.
After clicking on Frontpage Sections you will in theme Frontpage Sections.
Here you have to click on Call Action Section then
you will Select Blog Category of Call Action Section
Go To Appearance -> Customize – Frontpage Sections – Call Action Section
