In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance Customize and click on Page Template Sections.
After clicking on Page template Sections you will in the theme Gallery Page Template.
Here you have to click on Gallery Page Template then
Now you can manage Gallery Title & content
Go To Appearance -> Customize -Page Template Sections -Gallery Page Template
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance Customize and click on Page Template Sections.
After clicking on Page template Sections you will in the theme Gallery Page Template.
Here you have to click on Gallery Page Template then
Now you can hide/show call to action
