Go To WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Call to Action Section
In Call to action section, you can see Left content there you have to select the icon, title, text and description.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Call to Action Section
In Call to action section, you can change background image and background image position.
After then Click to publish.
