Before we move forward firstly we need to understand what actually is a Custom Section ?. A Custom Section is a section which has been provided by our team for the users who can add their own contents in that Section and Customize them accordingly.
So now we will going to look at How to Enable the Custom Section in Customizer first :
(A) How to Enable Custom Section :
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Sections Reorder
After that scroll down till Custom Section and then click on the Eye Icon to Enable the Custom Section.
Then click on Publish.

(B) How to Add Section Title , Subtitle and Description in Custom Section? :
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Custom Section
Now after reaching here you can Add Section Title , Subtitle and Description in Custom Section.
Then click on Publish.
