In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Style Configurator -> Page Layout
Now here you can manage the Website Layout of your page and can change the Background Color of the Theme.
Then click on Publish.

Now scroll down till Add Custom Background Image here you can manage the Custom Background Image and Background Color of your Page Layout in Style Configurator.

Now scroll down till Color Type here you have to open the Dropdown then you can Select between Pre-Built Color or Solid Color. In Pre-Built Color you will get already Built colors in the Theme and In Solid Color you can make your own Custom Color.
Then click on Publish.
