In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> About 2 Section
Now after reaching here you can add Title , Subtitle , Description and Button in About Section.
Note : You will only going to find this About 2 Section in About Page only not in Home page so make sure to Open the About Page to see the Effects made.
Then click on Publish.
