Well in our Theme we have two different areas where we can add our Menu Bar , One is Header and other one is Footer . So we will going to look at how can we add Menu in each of them. We will see the Header Part first and then in Footer.
(A) How to Add Menus in Header ?
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Menus.
After clicking on customize the theme Menus page will appear .
So Now before we move forward let us explain some important things which you need to keep in mind. When you reach to this page you will find that there are multiple options available in the Add menu items which contains various Pages which you can add in your Menu. In the Pages section you can add Page you created in the Menu , In the Posts section you can add Post Page in the Menu , In the Custom Links you can add your own custom links in the Menu , In the Categories you can add Categories in your Menu , In the WooCommerce endpoints you can add WooCommerce pages in your Menu.
So the explanation part has been done , now we will going to look at how can you create menu and add it in the Header.

(B) How to Add Menus in Footer ?
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Menus.
After clicking on customize the theme Menus page will appear .
Now after reaching here you can create menu and add it in the Footer.

Now after reaching here you have to click on the toggle which is called Manage Locations and then you can set the location of your Menus as per your requirements.

After reaching here you have to click on Create New Menu . Then you have to enter the Menu Name and set Menu Locations as Primary Menu then click on Next.

After Clicking on Next your Header Menu will be created. Then you have to click on Add Items and here you can Add Menus from Pages by clicking on + Icon and you can also make Drop Down links by dragging the Link to the right side of the Parent Link under which you want to make a Dropdown.
Then Click on Publish.

(B) How to Add Menus in Footer ?
In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Menus page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Menus
After reaching here you have to click on Create New Menu . Then you have to enter the Menu Name and set Menu Locations as Footer Menu then click on Next.

After Clicking on Next your Header Menu will be created. Then you have to click on Add Items and here you can Add Menus from Pages by clicking on + Icon.

After reaching here click on View All Locations and then on the Next Page you can manage Locations for your Menus by Clicking on Dropdown
