How can I add widgets from customizer?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => click on Widgets
You can also create the footer and info widgets areas here and customize them.

 

+-How do I Customize Sidebar widgets from customizer?

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Sidebar Widget Area

Here You Can click on Sidebar tab & Select widgets

Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize > Click on Widgets> Footer Widget 

Here You Can click on footer tab & Select widgets
