Go to WP Menu => Post => Click on Add New Post
First go, to Go to WP Menu => Post => Click on Add New Post, from there you can post article.
Add title and description, you can add more by clicking on the + icon.
add an image by clicking on the featured image & selecting an image size of 1288 X 988.
create categories by clicking on Category and creating tags by clicking on tags]
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Blog Section
In the blog section, you can see the Header from there you can create a title and description.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Blog Section
You can select a category for the blog section and select a column.
Set no of a post to display on the blog section.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Blog Section
In the blog section, You can manage Excerpt related setting.
Click on publish.
