Go To WP Menu => Pages => Click on Add New
First, you have to create a Project page from WordPress dashboard > Pages > click on add new and create a Project page
select the Project page template from the right side of your page you have to select the Project page template from the template list.

On the right side you can see a Featured image From there you can select the image by clicking on the set featured image and taking an image size (600 X 516).
On the right side, you can create a category by clicking on Add New Category and selecting All or you want to create a parent category for any category you can select a parent category for that.
