Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Team Section
In the team section, you can see the Header from there you can create a title and description.
Go to WP Menu => Appearance => Customize => Frontpages Section => Click on Team Section
In the team section, you can see add New & fill title & subtitle with link and image.
In content, you can select columns according to you.

You can add social icons of every team member
