In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Colors
Now here you can choose any color as per your requirement and can set the Background Color of the Body in the Theme.
Then click on Publish.
