In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear.
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Footer -> Footer Type
Now after reaching here you can see that there are 3 types of Footer Types are available and you can choose any one of them by just clicking on the Particular Image of the Footer you want to Display.
Then click on Publish.
