In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Slider Section
Now after reaching here Click on the Slide toggle to open it and there you can see the options to Add Title , Subtitle and Button.
Then click on Publish.

Now scroll down a bit till Image and then add Image from there.

Note : Before managing Opacity settings make sure to Enable the Checkbox which you will find just above the Opacity.
Now you can easily manage all the settings related with overlay , opacity , overlay color , title color , subtitle color of slider image and other slider settings in Slider Section
Then click on Publish.
