In WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance submenu and click on Customize.
After clicking on customize the theme Customizer page will appear .
Here You have to follow this Path : Go to Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Project Section
Now scroll down a bit till Header after reaching here you can Add Section Title , Subtitle & Description in Project Section.
Then click on Publish.

Now after reaching here you will find checkbox Hide/Show Filter Tab . If you want to show Filter buttons then check the Filter checkbox and if you don’t keep it unchecked.
Then click on Publish.

Well before we move forward let’s clear one thing that there’s no setting given in Customizer to Add any Project Box you need to make them in the Dashboard first and then it will appear Automatically in the Live Demo. Now let’s see how it is Done.
In WordPress Dashboard go to Project Submenu and then click on Add New after clicking it you will reach to Add New Project page . and here you can create Projects.
Note : To Select any Category you will need to make new categories first. To create any new Category all you need to do is Click on Add New Category and then you can create New Category.
